P Diddy Reaches Settlement Over Oscars 'Fight'

P Diddy has reached a settlement with a man who claimed that the rapper "assaulted and battered" him at a post-Oscars party last year.

Gerard Rechnitzer claimed that the rapper, whose real name is Sean Coombes, had attacked him after he approached him inside the Roosevelt Hotel.

He also said that Coombes had pushed his girlfriend and spat on another woman.

In his court declaration, Coombes said that "any contact" with Rechnitzer had been “caused by his forward motion against my open hand".

The terms and size of Coombes’ settlement were not published, according to the BBC.
