Heather Mills will return to court today in a bid to prevent all the details about her divorce from Sir Paul McCartney from being made public.
Yesterday, Ms Mills was awarded a £24.3 million divorce settlement from the former Beatle, of which £16.5 million will be paid in a lump sum.
However, she is angered by the Judge’s decision to publish the full text from the judgement to satisfy media interest in the case.
Ms Mills, who believes that further details will affect the safety of the couples’ daughter, Beatrice, also claimed that McCartney had “insisted” on full publication.
A summary of Mr Justice Bennett’s decision yesterday showed that Ms Mills had initially claimed a £125 million settlement, compared to McCartney’s initial offer of £15.8 million.
Justice Bennett valued the former Beatles assets at £400 million, a figure which Ms Mills strongly contested outside court yesterday.
