With the ski-season drawing to a close, a new music festival has announced plans to spice up après-ski with the very best in new music, all for free.
Running 17th to 20th April, TignesFest promises a cocktail of fresh talent including The Bloody Beetroots, Boy 8-Bit and Primary 1 in Tignes, one of the highest and most snow-sure areas for skiers and snowboarders alike.
The festival hopes to attract the latest in new music whilst encouraging a new generation of music buyers to think about the detrimental effect music piracy has on the industry.
Three broadcasters from the UK's top three radio stations; Eddy Temple Morris (XFM), Kissy Sell Out (R1) and The Loose Cannons (Kiss FM) are lending their support to the cause as curators.
The line-up so far includes:
A Human
Alex Metric
