Kasabian guitarist Serge Pizzorno has accused the line ups for this year’s major music festivals of being “boring”.
As Gigwise reported on Friday, the band’s only festival appearance this summer will be to close the tenth anniversary of Creamfields in August.
“We’ve seen all of the festival line ups and they’re all the same, which is just boring,” Pizzorno told the Sun. “You can’t figure out which one is which.”
He added that the only other festival dates the group might be tempted by will be abroad.
Kasabian are currently recording the follow-up to their 2006 album, ‘Empire’, at their own studios in Leicester.
