Coldplay, The Verve and the Sex Pistols will headline the Summer Sonic festival in Japan, it’s been revealed.
The festival will also feature Paul Weller, The Jesus And Mary Chain, The Prodigy, Alicia Keys and Fatboy Slim.
Summer Sonic, which will also see performances from Panic At The Disco and Devo, takes place from August 8th-10th in Osaka and Tokyo.
In past years, the dual festival has seen performances from Arctic Monkeys, The Kooks and Kasabian.
More acts for the festival are expected to be confirmed shortly.
Meanwhile, Coldplay are due to release their -as-yet-untitled forth album later this Spring.
