Former Blur bassist Alex James has been speaking to school children about his life as a dairy farmer, according to the reports.
It’s understood that James went unrecognised as he delivered a speech to children at a school in Gloucestershire.
According to the Mirror, however, "he didn't seem bothered" that the young class failed to spot him as one of Britpop's most revered figures.
James relocated to the county shortly after Blur released their last album, ‘Think Tank’, in 2003.
As well as making cheese, the he has gone on to establish himself as a regular broadsheet contributor.
James also presented a documentary earlier this year which showed the escalating problems and consequences of cocaine production in South America.
