Kate Nash thinks The Cribs should have won a gong at the NME Awards on Thursday night - and not because she’s dating their singer.
Nash - who has been seeing Ryan Jarman for the last six months - thinks the Yorkshire trio deserved to pick up at least one award from their four nominations.
She explains, “I'm really upset that The Cribs didn't win Best Live Band.
“They were up for four awards but they didn't get anything. I'm bummed because they're a really important band.
“I know everyone will be like, 'Oh, you're so biased'. I am, but I also really mean it."
Nash herself won best Solo Artist at the bash on Thursday night .

- Kallum is right, the Cribs are one of the single greatest live acts ever to grace the stages of the UK. Muse are also shit. Anyone who needs all the lights and shit to be a good live band clearly aren’t worth the time.
