Pete Doherty has been confirmed as a headliner on The Park stage at Glastonbury.
The Park stage was the brainchild of Michael Eavis’ daughter Emily and had its inaugural year in 2007. Pete played on the stage last year in an unannounced show.
This year Doherty is the second headliner to be confirmed for the stage after CSS were announced last month.
The Glastonbury line-up is growing by the week, with the likes of Jay-Z, Kings of Leon, The Verve, Hot Chip, British Sea Power, Leonard Cohen, Elbow and Neil Diamond all confirmed to play the Worthy Farm event.
As you can read HERE, Radiohead refused to play Glastonbury 2008 over environmental issues.
