Amy Winehouse’s scheduled appearance at a court in Norway this Friday (February 29th) has been postponed following a petition from her lawyer.
It’s not yet known whether a re-scheduled date will be set, according to the BBC.
Winehouse, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil and another man were fined for cannabis possession during her European tour last October.
The three were held overnight in police custody in Bergen before they paid 500 euros for their release.
It's understood that Winehouse’s lawyer argued that police in Norway had failed to make arrangements for her husband to attend the hearing.
Fielder-Civil is currently being held in Pentonville prison in London on suspicion of attempting to pervert the course of justice in relation to another case.
