Sir Paul McCartney will learn how much of his estimated £825 million fortune his estranged wife Heather Mills is entitled to on March 17th.
Judgement was reserved in the couples’ case earlier this month after they failed to reach an agreed settlement.
It will now be down to Mr Justice Hugh Bennett to decide how much money Ms Mills, who married McCartney in 2002, will receive.
It’s not known whether Mr Justice Bennett’s ruling will be made public, although it is expected to break British records.
Speaking at the BRIT Awards last week shortly after their case ended without settlement, McCartney said he was looking forward to concentrating on music again.
As previously reported, the former Beatle is understood to be recording his a new solo album alongside the producer Youth.
