Mark Ronson is reportedly set to produce the Kaiser Chiefs’ third album.
The trumpet loving darling of the Brit Awards admitted just yesterday that he will be working with a “big band” on their next record.
Now, xfm are quoting an exclusive source who claims that Ronson is definitely working on the Kaisers’ new album. We’ll wait and see.
In the meantime, Kaisers sticksman Nick Hodgson told the station that work on album number three is already well underway.
He said: "We've got a load of new songs ready for the new album - we're busy playing them, rehearsing them and writing a load more.
"There's a big difference between these songs are our old stuff. It's definitely worth people getting excited about hearing these as they're gonna be so different.
"There's one tune that we did on the last tour called 'Never Miss A Beat' which has the potential to be huge."
