More The Rolling Stones A Painting by Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood will be amongst a number of high profile pieces of art that go under the hammer in London this week.
The auction, which will also include artwork by Tracey Emin and Ken Howard, is being held to raise money for London's Royal Academy of Arts.
Wood’s sketch depicts dancers Carlos Acosta and Darcey Bussell in mid-performance at the Royal Ballet.
The Rolling Stone will also be speaking at the event and said that the auction would "support artists through the Royal Academy Schools so people like me can continue to be inspired by new talent".
The public are now able to view Wood’s picture which is on display at the Royal Academy of Arts in London, reports the BBC.
