R.E.M Announce Massive UK Tour Dates For 2008

R.E.M have confirmed details for the United Kingdom leg of their European tour this summer.

The four dates will begin at Lancashire County Cricket Ground in Manchester on August 24th.

From there the band will travel to Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium on August 25th and the Rosebowl in Southampton on August 27th.

The tour will conclude at London’s Twickenham Stadium on August 30th.

R.E.M release their new album, ‘Accelerate’, on March 31st, which will be preceded by the single ‘Supernatural Superserious’.
