Hayley Williams Attacks 'Insane Rumours' About Paramore 'Break-up'

Hayley Williams has expressed her disbelief at the “insane” rumours being spread about the future of Paramore.

The band’s future has come under the spotlight since the release of a statement last Wednesday which blamed “internal issues” for the cancellation of their remaining European dates.

The statement, which called for fans’ support amid ongoing problems, led to some fans questioning whether nineteen-year-old Williams was pregnant – which she has categorically denied.

“Man, some of the rumours that I’ve heard going around are insane! It’s weird how out of hand things can get even when you just try to tell a simple truth,” Williams said in a post on her website.

“We just need to take time to make this band the best it can be… and we are doing that now,” she added.

Williams signed off by saying that the band would definitely be seeing fans on the night of their next scheduled show in Orlando on March 27th.
