A woman has been jailed for two years for stalking Chester Bennington, the frontman of Linkin Park.
Devon Townsend, who worked at a US national security laboratory, used a computer to trace Bennington’s email and answer phone messages.
It’s understood that Townsend got access to Linkin Park’s record contract after hacking into the band’s record label, Warner Brothers.
Townsend, who will receive mental health treatment while in prison, also admitted to threatening the singer’s wife and following the singer to Arizona in a bid to meet him, reports the BBC.
