The Raconteurs Finishing Up Album No.2

In a simple posting on their Myspace blog, The Raconteurs have revealed that they’re almost done recording their second album.

The posting (obviously written by someone from outside the band) reads: “The Raconteurs are currently finishing up their second album in Nashville, TN. They promise to release it as soon as they can.”

The as-yet-untitled record will be the follow-up to 2006’s retrogressive debut ‘Broken Boy Soldiers.’ Much of the latter part of 2007 was spent in the studio working on the album.
