A High Court judge has reserved judgement in the divorce battle between Sir Paul McCartney and his estranged wife Heather Mills.
Following a week long private hearing, it has been confirmed that neither party have agreed on an adequate settlement.
The responsibility will now fall on a High Court Judge to decide how much of the former Beatles' estimated £825 million fortune Ms Mills is entitled to.
It’s believed that the divorce settlement, which will be decided over the coming weeks, could be the biggest in British history.
McCartney was not in court for today’s hearing as he is understood to be rehearsing for his performance at the BRIT Awards this Wednesday (February 20th).
As previously reported, the former Beatle has been awarded the lifetime achievement award at this year’s event.
