Amplive’s Radiohead remix album, ‘Rainydayz Remixes’, has been given the green light to be given away as a free download – and you can get it right now!
In a statement released from Amplive’s label 1776, they confirmed that an agreement has been met between all parties to lift the Cease & Desist order slapped on the album by Radiohead’s publishers.
1776’s statement admitted they were wrong in not contacting Radiohead or their management to seek permission to release the album at the start of January. They also confirmed that the band have absolutely no involvement in the project.
‘Rainydayz Remixes’ is Oakland producer Amplive’s unique take on a number of tracks on Radiohead’s classic album ‘In Rainbows’ and features vocal work from Too $hort, MC Zumbi of Zion I, Chali2na of Jurassic 5, Codany Holiday, and Del The Funky Homosapien.
