Lily Allen has denied reports that a third of the audience walked out of the filming of her new TV show because they were bored.
The Mail On Sunday quoted audience members saying that the show “didn’t work” and even had Cuba Gooding Jnr calling it sick.
However, writing on her blog Allen has denied the incident saying people had to leave because the shoot had over run.
She wrote: "Thank you to the ever supportive Mail On Sunday, they insinuated a third of the audience left because they were bored with the content of the show.
"In fact, due to it being the FIRST show we've done we ran over a little and naturally a small number of the audience had to catch the last trains back to wherever they came from."
Allen also revealed that she is set to finish her second album in the next couple of weeks.
She said: "I've been working in the studio doing the album, trying to finish it by the end of the month."
