    U2 To Rerelease Debut Album

U2 are re-releasing their debut album ‘Boy’, with the rest of their back catalogue to follow.

The album - which failed to chart when originally released in 1980 - will hit record shop shelves again on 20 May.

Island Records have nicely included a bonus CD alongside a remastered version of the original album.

Classic U2 album ‘Joshua Tree’ also got the rerelease treatment last year to mark the 25th anniversary of its release.

    • Endless reissues are shameless, BUT these are albums due for remastering. The Joshua Tree reissue is GREAT, not only for the extras but for the sound quality. It’s phenomenal--definitely better than the old tape I wore out as a teenager.
