More Acts Confirmed For The Great Escape

The Wombats, Iron And Wine, The Hold Steady and Glasvegas are all amongst the lastest confirmations for 2008’s Great Escape.

Also confirmed today are The Subways, Black Lips, Crystal Castles, These New Puritans, The Teenagers, Ebony Bones and One Night Only.

As previously reported on Gigwise The Young Knives, Tunng, Joe Lean & The Jing Jang Jong, Lightspeed Champion, Peter Von Poehl, School Of Language, Black Mountain and Fujiya & Miyagi are also playing the festival.

The Great Escape takes place from May 15-17 across more than twenty five venues. Early bird tickets for the event are still available costing £35.
