Ghostface Killah and Raekwon of the Wu Tang Clan have hit out at fellow member RZA over their latest album ‘8 Diagrams’.
Raekwon has previously voiced his disapproval of the record in a vitriolic youtube video and it seems he still has more to say on the subject.
Speaking to the Times he said: “The album didn't really have that energy that everybody knows the Clan for.
“Plus RZA on the production, he wasn't coming with the heat. It's like giving somebody a sandwich and him saying: ‘Yo, I love the way you make those sandwiches.' Then you give the n**** a sandwich again, n**** spits the shit out and says: ‘What kind of cheese is this? This bread is all hard and crunchy.'”
Adding to the inter band beef Ghostface lambasted RZA for leaving him off the track ‘Life Changes’, a tribute to ODB.
When asked why he didn’t appear on the song he responded: “Because RZA was a dickhead. He left me out. RZA tried to be funny and not get that music to me. How you gonna do that? That's my brother's death.”
And when asked if RZA had ever explained the decision, Ghostface added: “No, because he knew that I'm taking his ass to court.”
