Kaiser Chiefs have been invited to support a campaign to stop the proposed expansion of Stansted airport.
The invite comes after drummer Nick Hodgson voiced his support for the runway campaigners during a BRIT awards acceptance speech last year.
The organisers behind the Stop Stansted Expansion Group want the band to feature on an album which will help promote their campaign.
In plans to be unveiled this month, BAA will propose a second runway at the airport in order to cater for growing passenger numbers, reports the Guardian.
