Beck has apologised to fans after the reissue of his seminal album ‘Odelay’ was released with the wrong lyrics.
The album was released on Tuesday (January 29) in the US as a two disc set featuring two previously unreleased tracks.
However, fans have complained after the lyrics to ‘The New Pollution’ were printed incorrectly as “she’s alone in a new delusion”.
The lyrics were apparently taken from a website and not checked before the release of the album.
Beck has since issued a statement saying the incident was an "unfortunate oversight” and that the actual lyrics will be available to for free via his official website.
