Amy Winehouse’s father, Mitch, has told his daughter not to travel to America next month to perform at the Grammy Awards.
Winehouse, who is nominated for six awards at the ceremony, is currently in rehab in London trying to tackle her drug problems.
In a statement last week, her record label Universal had suggested than Winehouse still intended to perform at ceremony.
"I'm not sure the Grammys are going to happen,” her father told the Mirror. “I don't want her to go - I think it might be a bit too soon for her.
"She's not well - that's why she's in rehab. But she's doing OK. She is getting good treatment."
Winehouse is second in the nominations list for this years awards. Kanye West heads the list with eight, while Justin Timberlake has five nominations.
The awards ceremony takes place in Los Angeles on February 10th.
