January 30, 2008 by Scott Colothan

Nottingham’s finest, Tindersticks, have confirmed details of their seventh studio album.

The purveyors of exquisite baritone melodies release ‘The Hungry Saw’ through Beggars Banquet on April 28. It’s the follow-up to 2003’s acclaimed ‘Waiting For The Moon.’

For those of you who can’t wait the three months until the record is released, the band are giving away album track ‘The Flicker Of A Little Girl’ as a free download from their newly set-up Myspace page.

There’s no word yes about any live shows, but it’s thought some will be announced around the release of the record. The full album track-listing is as follows:

    Introduction
    Yesterdays Tomorrows
The Flicker Of A Little Girl
    Come Feel The Sun
    E-Type
The Other Side Of The World
    The Organist Entertains
