The Hold Steady’s Franz Nicolay is set to take part in a very special auction just in time for Valentine’s Day where he will be composing an original song for the winning bidder.
The moustached star will take part in the third annual Cupid on Demand event on February 8 at the Parlour in New York City.
It sees a number of musicians offer their services to those with the fattest wallets, where they compose an original composition in just one hour then perform it in front of the doe-eyed couple.
According to Pitchfork, also taking part in the auction are Clare Muldaur-Manchon of Sufjan buds Clare and the Reasons, Ollabelle, and Erin McKeown.
