Amy Winehouse is not in rehab, despite reports that the junkie singer is finally seeking treatment for her addictions.
On Tuesday, a U.K. tabloid published video of Amy apparently smoking crack at her London home.
The Sun, who obtained the seedy footage, claimed the Rehab singer was receiving rehab treatment at the Edward House in London but her publicist denies this.
"Amy is not in rehab," the rep tells People. "She was seeing a doctor who she regularly sees as part of her ongoing treatment.
"It was a regular appointment which she attends all the time. She has not checked in overnight."
At least one person who wasn’t shocked by the footage - believed to have been shot just hours before a dishevelled Wino attended a court hearing for jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil – was Amy’s dad Mitch.
He said yesterday as he was on his way to visit his troubled daughter: “I've spoken to her already and she's fine. She says she's ok, so no problems. All that picture shows is what everybody knew anyway.
"Yes, I am worried about her but this picture doesn't show anything we didn't already know before. It just shows me the tabloids are resorting to underhand tactics to expose her and we already know what the problems are."
