'Video Shame' Amy Winehouse Checks Into London Clinic

Amy Winehouse has gone from 'crack' to black this evening as she was forcibly ushered past paps on her way into a London clinic.

The incident follows the emergence of a shock video reputedly showing the singer smoking a crack pipe at her home in East London.

The Rehab singer also allegedly took a lethal cocktail of cocaine, ecstasy and valium during the twenty minute binge.

While attending the clinicin Marylebone Winehouse was clutching a note from her jailbird husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

It read: "Because I fucking believe in us we will get through this and our kiss will taste all the sweeter for time served, I'm getting out this year"
