Pete Doherty has been told that he will not be charged with assault following an incident with a photographer in Somerset last August.
The Babyshambles frontman escaped with a caution for criminal damage during an appearance at Yeovil Police Station on Sunday (January 20th).
Doherty had been accused of chasing photographer Cath Mead into a shop last summer as she tried to take pictures of him, and his then girlfriend, Irina Lazareanu.
Although Mead was not injured, her camera is understood to have been damaged during the incident, reports AP.
At the time, Doherty was staying in the area following an extended spell in rehab at a clinic in Wiltshire.
