Sir Elton John has shown his charitable side again by donating a massive 120 motorbikes to doctors and nurses in the African country of Lesotho.
The mountainous terrain of the nation means that is difficult for medical treatment to get to people in some of the more remote areas, something Sir Elt was keen to change.
Along with his partner David Furnish, the 60-year-old took time out from his tour of South Africa to visit the Lesotho capital Maseru where he donated the bikes.
John said: "We want to improve the transport system by bringing health care to millions of people living in the most rural areas and thus making a difference in their lives."
The Lesotho government are working in collaboration with the donation and will take care of maintaining the bikes.
