Blake Fielder-Civil, the husband of Amy Winehouse, is due to appear in court today (January 18th) over assault and conspiracy charges.
Fielder-Civil, who has been in custody since last November, is charged with one count of Grievous Bodily Harm and one count of conspiring to pervert the course of justice.
His charges relate to an alleged assault of a pub landlord in the Hoxton area of London in June 2006.
Fielder-Civil was arrested last November shortly before he was due to stand trial for allegedly offering the victim, James King, money to drop the allegation against him and flee the country.
Fielder-Civil is due to appear, along with three other men on similar charges, at the hearing at London's Snaresbrook Crown Court.
