US hip-hop star Missy Elliot is to reunite with producer Timbaland for her next album, according to reports.
Elliot, who choose not to work with the producer on her last album ‘Cookbook’, is understood to have been impressed by Timbaland’s recent success with other artists.
“Missy realised she had a special chemistry with Timbaland and she wants that back after seeing how he’s shared his skills with other artists like Justin Timberlake,” a source told the Daily Star.
The pair are expected to team-up in the studio once they reach an agreement over each others schedule commitments.
The album, which hasn't been titled, has yet to be given a release date.
