Oasis, Coldplay and U2 could all be set for residencies at London’s O2 Arena if the venue get their way.
All three bands are expected to release new albums at some point in 2008 and bookers for the O2 are already said to have made enquiries.
The London Paper reports that Oasis are already in talks about their residency which will follow their seventh studio album in the spring.
David Campbell, European Chief Executive of the venue’s promoters AEG, says that all three bands are amongst his “dream bookings”.
