Singer-songwriter KT Turstall is to marry her band member Luke Bullen in September after he proposed to her on Christmas Day.
Bullen - who has been dating Tunstall since 2003 - popped the question after turning up to her parents house at Christmas.
She says, "So, 11 o'clock on Christmas morning, the doorbell goes and it's Luke suited and booted. With all his bags. And a little box. Wrapped with a ribbon.
"He proposed. Being an opportunist, I obviously said yes. It feels smashing. We're gonna do the deed way up in the wild North."
