Michael Jackson has rarely been out of the news since he burst onto the scene as a youngster in the Jackson 5.

Since then, hehas gone on to become one of the biggest selling solo artists of all time and this year celebrates the 25th anniversary of his genre defining album ‘Thriller’.

However, in those same years Jackson has also endured an endless string of personal issues: From child molestation charges, for which he was acquitted, to physical ‘reconstructions’.

With the promising news emerging over the weekend that Jackson will perform anything from a 10 to 30-night residency at the O2 Arena in London later this year, we thought it was time to mark the life and times of the pop superstar.
