To My Boy 'Disappearing' In 2008

Gigwise faves To My Boy have announced they’re “disappearing” this year - but only to write and record their second album.

Fans of the electro-pop duo will be disappointed to hear 2008 is unlikely to bring any new gigs or records from them as Sam and Jack concentrate on getting their follow up to last year’s ‘Messages’ right.

They tell us via Myspace, “We’ve had a great year in 07. Thanks to everyone for the support. Now we need to disappear and write our next album so unfortunately there won’t be any more shows or releases from us for a while.”

However, they do add they’ll maybe offer up “a new song or two” on their page as recording progresses.
