Live Earth and the Roskilde Festival will both pick up environmental awards at the Midern Music conference later this month.
The two events will both be honoured for their ecological live event production, along with the Paleo Festival in Switzerland.
The Live Earth concerts, which took place in eight countries simultaneously in one day last July, were organised by former US vice president Al Gore to help raise environmental awareness.
The Wembley leg of Live Earth featured performances from Madonna, Spinal Tap and the Foo Fighters.
The Roskilde Festival in Denmark, meanwhile, is recognised for a drinks initiative which saw festivalgoers return 97% of their plastic cups to recycling deposits.
The 42nd edition of the Midern conference will take place in Cannes.
