British Sea Power are set to play a very special one-off gig next week at the Czech Embassy in London.
The January 10 show celebrates the release of their single ‘Waving Flags’ and will see the band showcase material from their new album ‘Do You Like Rock Music?’ which hits the shelves on January 14.
Unfortunately, tickets are not on general sale with places open for invited guests and competition winners only.
‘Do You Like Rock Music?’ was mixed over three weeks at the Sono Studios in the Czech Republic, with local sound engineers working on the project.
Band frontman Yan said: "We had a wonderful time in the Czech Republic. We hope that anyone arriving in the UK from Central and Eastern Europe has a wonderful time here."
Next Thursday’s gig takes place from 7.00pm to 9.30pm at the Embassy of the Czech Republic on Kensington Palace Gardens, London.
