Radiohead will play new album ‘In Rainbows’ live during a one hour special on TV and the internet this New Years Eve.
Speaking on the band’s website, Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke said the performance would begin at midnight GMT on the band's website.
"This is a wee celebration of the release of the physical manifestation of ‘In Rainbows’," he explained.
The broadcast will also air on both Current TV and Current.com at 12am ET (December 31st), with three repeats airing at intervals throughout the following day.
‘In Rainbows' is released for the first time on all formats next Monday.
Until now, the album has only been available as a download via the band’s website, with fans being able to pay what they wanted for the LP.
The band did a similar broadcast in November which included covers of songs by The Smiths and Bjork.
