Marilyn Manson Counter Sues Ex-Bandmate

Marilyn Manson is counter-suing his former bandmate who filed a lawsuit against the rock icon.

As previously reported, Stephen Bier is suing Manson – real name Brian Warner – for the sum of $20million for breach of contract.

He claimed in August that Mazza used band earnings to pay for drug rehabilitation and to buy himself an assortment of macabre items including human remains and Nazi memorabilia.

Manson has always refuted the claims, saying that he dissolved the relationship with Bier in the 90s and that he was not under contract to carry out monetary obligations.

In a lawsuit filed on Monday (December 17), Manson is now seeking damages from Bier over his claims.
