R Kelly Could Face Arrest For Missing Court Date

US R&B star R Kelly could face arrest later today (December 20th) if he fails to appear in court over alleged child pornography charges.

Kelly is accused of videoing himself having sex with a girl who they claim was only 14-years old at the time.

County prosecutors called a Judge to issue a warrant for the arrest of the singer yesterday after he failed to appear in court in Chicago.

"The very least he could do is be here for his appointed court date," Assistant State's Attorney Shauna Boliker told AP.

It’s understood that Kelly missed the hearing after his tour bus was stopped by State police in Utah.

Kelly has pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of child pornography.
