Led Zeppelin fans have been purchasing ticket stubs and unwanted wristbands from the band’s reunion show last Monday (December 10th) for as much as £125 each.
The ‘memorabilia’ from the show started to appear on auction sites last week with fans who weren’t able to attend desperate to get hold of a souvenir.
One seller on eBay who went to the concert, said: “I was one of the lucky ones. This is the ticket from the show 20 million people wanted to go to.”
As previously reported, fans queued for hours at the concert itself just to buy commemorative t-shirts to say they had been at the sold-out show.
Tony McLearie, another fan who was at the O2 Arena, said he saw tout’s on the night trying to buy people's tickets as they left.
“It was bizarre – now I know why. But there’s no way I’d sell, no matter how much I was offered,” he told the Sun.
