Pete Doherty Flouts The Smoking Ban

Never one to stay out of the headlines, Pete Doherty flouted the smoking ban during an intimate sol set in London last night.

The Babyshambles man treated those packed into Rhythm Factory in East London to a sprawling 27 song set featuring a mix of Babyshambles and Libertines songs.

Pete arrived onstage shortly before midnight and launched into a version of ‘**** Forever’ – but just three songs later his nicotine addiction got the better of him as he lit up a cigarette during ‘Carry On Up The Morning.’

Pete and the rest of his Babyshambles will be performing again at the venue tonight and tomorrow night (December 17/18).
