Travis have announced that they’re set to hit the studio at the end of February to start work on their highly-unanticipated sixth album.
To road test some of the material they have written, the Scottish four piece have confirmed an intimate five date UK tour which commences at Brighton Concorde on February 7th and winds up at Nottingham Rescue Rooms on the 12th.
Subscribers to the band’s mailing list will be able to get tickets from 9am tomorrow (December 17), before they go on general sale from Friday (December 21). As always, check Gigwise for ticket availability.
Those of you north of the border will be able to catch the band in Glasgow Barrowlands on December 30 and at Aberdeen’s Hogmanay celebrations on New Year’s Eve.
The February tour dates are as follows:
Brighton Concorde 2 – February 7
Portsmouth Wedgwood Rooms – 8
Cambridge Junction – 10
Bristol Trinity – 11
Nottingham Rescue Rooms – 12
