Sir Paul McCartney has performed a duet with popstar Kylie Minogue which will be shown on New Years Eve.
The duo’s rendition of ‘Dance Tonight’ – taken from McCartney’s recent solo album – will appear on Jool’s Holland’s Hootenanny on BBC2.
Minogue also recorded a piano version of her early hit, ‘I Should Be So Lucky,’ with Holland on piano for the annual television show.
At the recording, which airs just before midnight on December 31st, Minogue joked, in reference to her height, that her New Year’s resolution was “to be longer.”
Kate Nash and Kaiser Chiefs are amongst the other acts who will appear on the show.
