CSS Cut Gig Short After Shoe-Throwing Attack

CSS were forced to cut short their Brighton gig on Friday night after singer Lovefoxx took a shoe in the face.

The band stormed off stage at the city's Dome venue after a member of the audience threw the offending item of footwear.

One gig-goer told BBC Six Music, "It hit her square in the face. This sucked. They carried on until the end of the song without the singer, then that was it.

"The keyboard player said, 'Why would you throw a shoe at Lovefoxx?! You ruined the whole flipping show for everybody!'"
