Bon Jovi have issued an apology to a fan paralysed at one of their gigs in Edmonton, Canada - escaping being implicated into his lawsuit in the process.
Dennis Schulz is suing four fans, staff, promoters and the concert venue for $14 million (£7 million) after having his spinal cord dislocated following a fight at the concert.
However, the band themselves are not being sued, and guitarist Richie Sambora has issued an apology to Schulz, saying, "Oh god, we're really, really sorry."
