Maps have covered East 17’s ‘Stay Another Day’ as a special present for fans this Christmas.

In a message to fans, Maps’ James Chapman said: “This song is my special Xmas gift to you inspired by taking 12 E's and running myself over in my own car. Only an enormous puffer jacket prevented me from certain death.”

In the message, Chapman revealed that he will begin work on Maps' second album after Christmas.

Their debut album, ‘We Can Create,’ was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize earlier this year.
