A county coroner has ruled that Quiet Riot frontman Kevin DuBrow died following an accidental cocaine overdose.
DuBrow was found dead in his home in Las Vegas on November 25th after friends became concerned about his whereabouts. He was 52.
Samantha Charles, a spokeswoman for the coroner’s office, confirmed the cause of death after toxicology results came through yesterday (December 10th), reports Associated Press.
Quiet Riot became the first metal band to score a number one album on the Billboard Top-200 chart with, ‘Metal Health,’ in 1983.
